1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing the 999ar website at https://999ar.pro, creating a 999ar account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the 999ar platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 999ar (the "Operator"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the 999ar platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 999ar, including but not limited to the 999ar Casino, the 999ar sportsbook (cricket, football, boxing, golf, tennis, UFC, and other sports), live dealer games, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offerings.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register a 999ar account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999ar strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will require documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or corporation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of 999ar or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a direct breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 999ar account. Each player is entitled to one account only.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

999ar operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any point during your use of the platform, but particularly prior to processing a withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement, or card image).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension. 999ar reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Security and Player Responsibilities

Your 999ar account login credentials — including your username and password — are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your 999ar login.

• You must not share your 999ar login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your 999ar account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 999ar account and update it regularly.
• You must notify 999ar support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

999ar will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any wagers placed via your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party who accessed your account due to your failure to secure it — are considered valid and binding.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 999ar account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999ar accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being investigated for potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (daily 09:00 – 02:00 PKT) are processed within two hours. Requests submitted outside operational hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operational window.

All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations. 999ar reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

999ar maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or the processing of funds derived from criminal activity. 999ar reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze account balances pending investigation.

• Depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful play constitutes suspicious activity.
• Repeated deposit and immediate withdrawal cycles — regardless of game play — may trigger an AML review.
• 999ar is required to retain financial records for a minimum of five years in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

999ar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed KYC verification, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The 999ar sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL and international Pakistan fixtures), football, boxing, golf, tennis, UFC, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 999ar.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 999ar. 999ar reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the 999ar platform.

6.2 Odds and Market Settlements

Odds displayed on the 999ar sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. 999ar settles markets in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport.

• For cricket, the relevant governing bodies are the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board), ICC (International Cricket Council), and the respective domestic boards for international fixtures.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 999ar's specific market rules for that event type shall apply.
• Palpable errors — including manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical or human error — will be voided at 999ar's discretion.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day and are specified on the 999ar sportsbook pages. 999ar reserves the right to reduce maximum bet limits for individual players at any time without notice.

7. Casino Games

The 999ar Casino offers slots, live dealer table games, RNG table games, crash games, virtual sports, and other casino-style products. All casino games on 999ar use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are supplied by licensed game providers.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are available on request and are published by individual game providers. 999ar does not manipulate RTP settings below the values certified by the game providers.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the completion of a round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 999ar is not liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ar platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Creating more than one 999ar account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from 999ar.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or incorrect odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by 999ar.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 999ar staff or other players via the platform's live chat or any other communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999ar platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999ar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999ar platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 999ar platform without express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 999ar software.
• Use the 999ar brand name, logo, or trademarks in any external publication, advertisement, or social media post without written authorisation.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

999ar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the 999ar Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.

• Request from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms and Conditions, 999ar reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (such as a player-initiated closure), verified PKR balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within 10 business days.

12.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your 999ar account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ar's total liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

999ar shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit 999ar's liability for death or personal injury caused by 999ar's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 999ar.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 999ar's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 999ar platform shall first be referred to the 999ar support team for resolution through the internal complaints procedure.

14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

To raise a formal complaint, you must submit a written description of your complaint to [email protected], including your registered username, the date of the incident, and a clear description of the issue. 999ar will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

14.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure, you may escalate your complaint to the independent dispute resolution body associated with 999ar's gaming licence. Details of the relevant body will be provided in the response to your formal complaint.

15. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

999ar reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
